Public input received during the Scoping process will be considered in the development of the DEIS. Once complete, the DEIS will be available for agency review and comment prior to the DEIS Public Hearing and for public review at the DEIS Public Hearing. All substantive public comments on the DEIS will be addressed in the Final EIS (FEIS).
