Toxics (OPPT) by providing
administrative and technical support to
the TSCA New Chemicals Program
utilizing EPA CBI databases and
software to create documents, databases,
attend meetings, previewing CBI claims,
transferring sanitized documents from
the CBI LAN to ADMIN and transfer
non-CBI files to the CBI LAN for special
projects.
In accordance with 40 CFR 2.306(j),
EPA has determined that under EPA
contract number 47QRAA20D002D, task
order number 68HERC21F0042, Avanti
will require access to CBI submitted
under all sections of TSCA. EPA has
determined that Avanti will need access
to TSCA CBI submitted to EPA under
Sections 5, 8 and 12 of TSCA to perform
successfully the duties specified under
the contract. Avanti’s personnel will be
given access to information claimed or
determined to be CBI information
submitted to EPA under all sections of
TSCA.
EPA is issuing this notice to inform
all submitters of information under all
sections of TSCA that EPA will provide
Avanti access to these CBI materials on
a need-to-know basis only. All access to
TSCA CBI under this contract will take
place at EPA Headquarters, in
