ACTION: Rescindment of a system of
records notice.
AGENCY:
In accordance with the
requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974,
as amended, the Department of Health
and Human Services (HHS), through the
National Institutes of Health (NIH), is
rescinding a system of records titled
‘‘Administration: Senior Staff, HHS/
NIH/NIAID,’’ system number 09–25–
0087. The records are no longer needed
for agency business, so are no longer
retrieved by names or other personal
identifiers. Because of this, the records
no longer qualify as a Privacy Act
system of records, and it is appropriate
to rescind the system of records.
DATES: In accordance with 5 U.S.C.
552a(e)(4), this notice is applicable
upon publication.

about key professional employees and
consultants that was used for public
announcements and press releases about
National Institute of Allergy and
Infectious Diseases (NIAID) research.
The records have not been used since
2013 and are no longer needed for

AGENCY:
ACTION:
The Coast Guard announces
the availability of Maritime Security
(MARSEC) Directive 105–4, which
provides cyber risk management actions
for owners or operators of ship-to-shore
(STS) cranes manufactured by People’s
Republic of China (PRC) companies
(PRC-manufactured STS cranes). The
directive contains security-sensitive
information and, therefore, cannot be
made available to the general public.
Owners or operators of PRCmanufactured STS cranes should
immediately contact their local Coast
Guard Captain of the Port (COTP) or
District Commander for a copy of
MARSEC Directive 105–4.
