list of sites and points of contact who
can provide information regarding
Agreement State sites undergoing
decommissioning in the United States.
This does not apply to information,
such as trade secrets and commercial or
financial information provided by the
Agreement States, that is considered
privileged or confidential.

On September 12, 2023, Cboe BZX
Exchange, Inc. (the ‘‘Exchange’’ or
‘‘BZX’’) filed with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (the
‘‘Commission’’), pursuant to Section
19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act
of 1934 (the ‘‘Act’’) 1 and Rule 19b–4
thereunder,2 a proposed rule change
(File No. SR–CboeBZX–2023–071) to
increase the amount of its Options
Regulatory Fee.3 The proposed rule
change was immediately effective upon
