(commonly known as the ‘‘Federal Advisory Committee Act’’ or ‘‘FACA’’), 5 U.S.C. 552b (commonly known as the ‘‘Government in the Sunshine Act’’), and 41 CFR 102–3.140 and 102–3.150. The DHB also expects an update from the DHB Public Health Subcommittee’s tasking on Effective Public Health Communication Strategies with DoD personnel, as well as a panel discussion on Artificial Intelligence opportunities and risks in healthcare.
