Notice of Determinations; Culturally
Significant Object Being Imported for
Exhibition—Determinations: ‘‘Brilliant
Exiles: American Women in Paris,
1900–1939’’ Exhibition
Notice is hereby given of the
following determinations: I hereby
determine that a certain object being
imported from abroad pursuant to an
agreement with its foreign owner or
custodian for temporary display in the
exhibition ‘‘Brilliant Exiles: American
Women in Paris, 1900–1939’’ at the
National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian
Institution, Washington, District of
Columbia, and at possible additional
exhibitions or venues yet to be
determined, is of cultural significance,
and, further, that its temporary
exhibition or display within the United
States as aforementioned is in the
national interest. I have ordered that
Public Notice of these determinations be
published in the Federal Register.

The Susquehanna River Basin
Commission will conduct its regular
business meeting on March 14, 2024 in
Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Details
concerning the matters to be addressed
at the business meeting are contained in
the Supplementary Information section
of this notice. Also the Commission
published a document in the Federal
Register on January 10, 2024,
concerning its public hearing on
February 1, 2024, in Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 9 a.m.

actions on 25 regulatory program
projects.
This agenda is complete at the time of
issuance, but other items may be added,
and some stricken without further
notice. The listing of an item on the
agenda does not necessarily mean that
the Commission will take final action on
it at this meeting. When the
Commission does take final action,
notice of these actions will be published
in the Federal Register after the
meeting. Any actions specific to projects
