The project is located on the Susquehanna River in Lancaster and York counties, Pennsylvania. The project does not occupy Federal lands. The licensee proposes to amend its license to allow for the construction and operation of an inland nature-like fishway versus the in-river nature-like fishway currently required by the license. Amending the license would allow the licensee to incorporate the amended terms of the project’s Settlement Agreement, which now requires an inland nature-like fishway. In addition, the licensee is proposing to amend Article 404 of its license to expand the window for tree clearing activities associated with construction of the fishway (August 16 to May 14, as opposed to November 15 to March 31 as currently stated in Article 404). A Notice of Application Accepted for Filing and Soliciting Comments, Motions to Intervene, and Protests was issued on April 13, 2023. No comments were received; however, one motion to intervene was filed by Constellation Energy Generation, LLC. access to the texts of all formal documents issued by the Commission,

    In addition, the Commission offers a free service called
