On January 22, 2024, the Commission
issued an order in Docket Nos. EL24–
28–000, EL24–29–000, EL24–30–000,
EL24–31–000, EL24–32–000, and EL24–
33–000 pursuant to section 206 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C.
824e, instituting an investigation to
determine whether the revenue
requirements set forth in Calpine
Reactive Suppliers’ 1 Rate Schedules are
unjust, unreasonable, unduly
discriminatory or preferential, or
otherwise unlawful. Calpine Bethlehem
LLC, 186 FERC ¶ 61,061 (2024).
The refund effective date in Docket
Nos. EL24–28–000, EL24–29–000,
EL24–30–000, EL24–31–000, EL24–32–
000, and EL24–33–000, established
pursuant to section 206(b) of the FPA,
will be the date of publication of this
notice in the Federal Register.
