ACTION: Final rule; correction.
AGENCY:
The Federal Election
Commission is correcting two
amendatory instructions that appeared
in a final rule published in the Federal
Register on January 2, 2024. The final
rule revised certain Commission
regulations in light of technological
advances in communications,
recordkeeping, and financial
transactions, and eliminated and
updated regulatory references to
outdated technologies.
DATES: Effective March 1, 2024.

ACTION: Final rule.
AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Commission’s regulations, the
Commission, by its designee, the
Executive Director, issues this annual
update to the fee schedule in the
appendix to the part, which lists peracre rental fees by county (or other
geographic area) for use of government
lands by hydropower licensees.
DATES:
Effective date: This rule is effective
January 29, 2024.
Applicability date: The updates to
appendix A to part 11, with the fee
schedule of per-acre rental fees by
county (or other geographic area), are
from October 1, 2023, through
September 30, 2024 (Fiscal Year 2024).
