The revisions are intended to make the survey more user-friendly by separating out each component of the question for which responses are sought, increasing the number of response choices, and eliminating inapplicable questions. The information collection will otherwise be used in the same manner as the existing application. The currently approved information collection is due to expire on March 31, 2024.
