SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of California (FEMA-4750-DR), dated November 21, 
2023, and related determinations.

DATES: The declaration was issued November 21, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated November 21, 2023, the President issued a major disaster
