No additional authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain paper shopping bags (paper bags) from Colombia are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV).
