The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory

exemption in response to a request from
Holtec Decommissioning International,
LLC (HDI), an indirect wholly owned
subsidiary of Holtec International, that
would allow HDI and Holtec Palisades,
LLC, to reduce the minimum coverage
limit for onsite property damage
insurance from $1.06 billion to $50
million for the Palisades Nuclear Plant.
