franchising authorities (‘‘LFAs’’)
concerning rates for basic service tiers.

ACTION:
In accordance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(PRA), the Federal Trade Commission
(FTC or Commission) is seeking public
comment on its proposal to extend for
an additional three years the Office of
Management and Budget clearance for
the Contact Lens Rule (the Rule). The
current clearance expires on December
31, 2023.
DATES: Comments must be filed by
January 19, 2024.

Panama, El Salvador, Nicaragua and
Mexico from the geographic scope of the
agreement. The Amendment changes
the authority that Maersk had to charter
space to Network to now authorizing
Network to charter space to Maersk. The
Amendment deletes obsolete language
from the agreement and adds new
language, revises the notice for
termination and updates the persons to
whom the notice is to be provided. The
Amendment also restates the
Agreement.
