The complaint alleges violations of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1337) in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain self-balancing electric skateboards and components thereof. The complaint names as respondents: Floatwheel of China; Changzhou Smilo Motors Co., Ltd. of China; Changzhou Gaea Technology Co., Ltd. of China; and Shanghai Loyal Industry Co., Ltd. d/b/a ‘‘SoverSky’’ of China. The complainant requests that the Commission grant temporary relief in the form of temporary exclusion orders during the period of investigation. Complainant also requests issuance of a general exclusion order, or in the alternative a limited exclusion order, and cease and desist orders. Proposed respondents, other interested parties, and members of the public are invited to file comments on any public interest issues raised by the complaint or § 210.8(b) filing.
