ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice publishes the approval of the Tribal-State Compact 
between the Redding Rancheria, California and the State of California.

DATES: The Compact takes effect on November 30, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under section 11 of the Indian Gaming
