Providing policy and guidance to the single family housing mortgage industry regarding changes in FHA’s program is essential to protecting the fund. This information collection is based on the claim activity involving FHA-insured mortgage loan servicing of foreclosed mortgage loans after the foreclosure sale. This is a revision to the currently approved collection due to program activity. With each form, the Public Burden Statement is updated.
