Furthermore, EPA is seeking similar information on any other potential legacy CCR surface impoundments or potential CCRMU of which EPA may not be aware or for which we may have incomplete information. In all instances, it is important that commenters on this NODA provide verifiable sourcing information for data that is provided, as EPA may not consider information without a verifiable source in developing a final rule.
