On a daily basis, OCSS sends the results of the insurance data match in an ‘‘Insurance Match Response Record’’ to child support agencies, that use the insurance data matches to collect past-due support from the insurance proceeds. OCSS incorporated a separate burden calculation for respondents opting to electronically report quarterly. State child support agencies use the data match outcomes to fulfill a statutory requirement to seize an obligor’s assets to satisfy past due child support payments. OCSE also operates FAST Levy, which is an automated application within the FPLS to exchange electronic lien/levy information securely and efficiently.
