(Southern Star) filed a prior notice request for authorization, in accordance with sections 157.205, and 157.208 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (Commission) regulations under the Natural Gas Act to increase the maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) on Southern Star’s delivery laterals ESA–001 and ESA–004 in Douglas County, Kansas.
