Take notice that on October 11, 2023,
Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc.
(Southern Star) filed a prior notice
request for authorization, in accordance
with sections 157.205, and 157.208 of
the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission’s (Commission) regulations
under the Natural Gas Act to increase
the maximum allowable operating
pressure (MAOP) on Southern Star’s
delivery laterals ESA–001 and ESA–004
in Douglas County, Kansas. Specifically,
Southern Star filed this application for
authorization to increase the maximum
allowable operating pressure on its
delivery laterals ESA–001 and ESA–004
from a current MAOP of 375 pounds per
square inch (psig) to 575 psig, all as
more fully set forth in the application
which is on file with the Commission
and open for public inspection.
