To the contrary, the Exchange believes the proposed rule change will enhance competition because it will enable the Exchange to innovate and offer similar equities Purge Port functionality to that offered by other equity exchanges and on options markets today. The proposed Purge Ports are completely voluntary and will be made available to all members on an equal basis at the same cost.
