FEMA gives notice of an increase in the countywide per capita impact indicator to $4.60 for all disasters with an incident start date on or after October 1, 2023. FEMA bases the adjustment on an increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers of 3.7 percent for the 12-month period that ended in August 2023.
