The purpose of the Council is to advise and make recommendations to the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Chief of the Forest Service, on matters relating to the Pacific Northwest National Scenic Trail as described in the Act. DATES: A virtual half-day meeting will be held on November 2, 2023, 08:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time.
