controlled substance(s). Refer to
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION listed
below for further drug information.
DATES: Registered bulk manufacturers of
the affected basic class(es), and
applicants therefore, may submit
electronic comments on or objections to
the issuance of the proposed registration
on or before December 12, 2023. Such
persons may also file a written request
for a hearing on the application on or
before December 12, 2023.
SUMMARY:
The Drug Enforcement
Administration requires that all

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
I. Background
The Civil Rights Center (CRC), located
within the Department of Labor’s (DOL
or the Department) Office of the
Assistant Secretary for Administration
and Management, is responsible for the
enforcement of Section 188 of the
Workforce Innovation and Opportunity
Act (WIOA), which contains the
Statute’s nondiscrimination and equal
opportunity provisions, and its
implementing regulations at 29 CFR part
38.
In addition to WIOA, entities
receiving any financial assistance from
DOL are subject to four intersecting civil
rights laws over which CRC has
enforcement authority:
• Section 504 of the Rehabilitation
Act of 1973, as amended, and DOL’s

II. Desired Focus of Comments
CRC is soliciting comments
concerning the proposed information
collection related to the
Nondiscrimination Compliance
Information Reporting. CRC is
particularly interested in comments
that:
• Evaluate whether the collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the
Agency, including whether the
information has practical utility;
• Evaluate the accuracy of CRC’s
estimate of the burden related to the
information collection, including the
validity of the methodology and
assumptions used in the estimate;
• Suggest methods to enhance the
quality, utility, and clarity of the
information to be collected; and
• Minimize the burden of the
information collection on those who are
to respond, including through the use of
appropriate automated, electronic,
mechanical, or other technological
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology, e.g., permitting
