Comments are invited on: (a) whether
the proposed collection of information
is necessary for the proper performance
of FSIS’ functions, including whether
the information will have practical
utility; (b) the accuracy of FSIS’ estimate
of the burden of the proposed collection

the method and assumptions used; (c)
ways to enhance the quality, utility, and
clarity of the information to be
collected; and (d) ways to minimize the
burden of the collection of information,
including through the use of appropriate

provide information regarding FSIS

information, regulations, directives, and

addressed to USDA. The letter must
contain the complainant’s name,
address, telephone number, and a
written description of the alleged
discriminatory action in sufficient detail
to inform the Assistant Secretary for
Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature
and date of an alleged civil rights
violation. The completed AD–3027 form
or letter must be submitted to USDA by:

On June 6, 2023, Derecktor Fort
Pierce, LLC submitted a notification of
proposed production activity to the FTZ
Board for its facility within Subzone
218A, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
The notification was processed in
accordance with the regulations of the
FTZ Board (15 CFR part 400), including
notice in the Federal Register inviting
public comment (88 FR 38483, June 13,
2023). On October 4, 2023, the applicant
was notified of the FTZ Board’s decision
that no further review of the activity is
warranted at this time. The production
activity described in the notification
was authorized, subject to the FTZ Act
and the FTZ Board’s regulations,
including section 400.14.

Horticolas Del Pacifico S.A. De C.V.
(VALHPAC), complied with the
Agreement Suspending the
Antidumping Duty (AD) Investigation
on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico (2019
Agreement), for the period of review
(POR) September 1, 2021, through
August 31, 2022, except for certain
instances of inconsequential and/or
inadvertent noncompliance. We
