L. 117–328, enacted December 29, 2022) to collect applications for the preservation and revitalization of manufactured housing and eligible manufactured housing PO 00000 Frm 00037 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 communities (including pre-1976 mobile homes). Respondents: Local governments, state governments, tribal governments, community development financial institutions, cooperatives, manufactured housing communities, metropolitan planning organizations, multijurisdictional entities, non-entitlement units of general local government, and non-profits. The estimated burden for this NOFO application collection includes HUD’s Standardized Grant Application forms which have been reviewed and approved by OMB under control number: 2501–0017. HUD is collecting certifications from all applicants, and there is a specific certification form depending on each applicant type: local governments, state governments, tribal governments, community development financial institutions, cooperatives, manufactured housing communities, metropolitan planning organizations, multi-jurisdictional entities, nonentitlement units of general local government, and non-profits. Each applicant is only required to complete one certification form. The certification form collects information related to a variety of laws, including CDBG requirements and cross-cutting requirements. The applicant will be expected to review and sign the form. If an applicant wishes to engage in a partnership, all partners must submit a letter of intent to participate as part of the Grantee’s application for PRICE funds. A letter of intent to participate and a binding cooperation, subrecipient, or developer agreement, or a contract, as applicable and contingent upon award, must be submitted with the Grantee’s application for PRICE funds. The burden hours include submission of documentation of partnership, if required.
