Notice is hereby given that, on July
19, 2023, pursuant to section 6(a) of the
National Cooperative Research and
Production Act of 1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301
et seq. (‘‘the Act’’), Bytecode Alliance
Foundation has filed written
notifications simultaneously with the
Attorney General and the Federal Trade
Commission disclosing changes in its
membership. The notifications were
filed for the purpose of extending the
Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of
antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages
under specified circumstances.
Specifically, NGINX, Inc., San
Francisco, CA, has been added as a
party to this venture.
No other changes have been made in
either the membership or planned
activity of the group research project.
Membership in this group research
project remains open, and Bytecode
Alliance Foundation intends to file
additional written notifications
disclosing all changes in membership.
On April 20, 2022, Bytecode Alliance
Foundation filed its original notification
pursuant to section 6(a) of the Act. The
Department of Justice published a notice
in the Federal Register pursuant to
section 6(b) of the Act on May 13, 2022
(87 FR 29379).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on May 12, 2023. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the
Act on June 13, 2023 (88 FR 38532).

withdrawn as parties to this venture.
No other changes have been made in
either the membership or planned
activity of the group research project.
Membership in this group research
project remains open, and HSTech
Consortium intends to file additional
written notifications disclosing all
changes in membership.
On May 30, 2012, HSTech
Consortium filed its original notification
pursuant to section 6(a) of the Act. The
Department of Justice published a notice
in the Federal Register pursuant to
section 6(b) of the Act on June 18, 2012
(77 FR 36292).
The last notification was filed with
the Department on April 26, 2023. A
notice was published in the Federal
Register pursuant to section 6(b) of the
Act on June 13, 2023 (88 FR 38539).

of invoking the Act’s provisions limiting

Pursuant to section 6(b) of the Act, the
name and principal place of business of
the standards development organization
is: Point of Care Marketing Association,
Verona, NJ. The nature and scope of
POCMA’s standards development
activities are: to develop, promulgate
and publish voluntary consensus
standards for the Point of Care Media
Advertising Industry using procedures
that incorporate the attributes of
openness, balance of interests, due
process, and appeals process, and
consensus. The POCMA intends to
standardize the terms and conditions for
point of care media advertising to make
it easier for advertising agencies and
marketers to buy and capture value from
advertising in healthcare settings.
