Regional Meeting of the Binational
Bridges and Border Crossings Group
in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
ACTION:
Notice of a meeting.
Delegates from the United
States and Mexican governments, the
states of California and Arizona, and the
Mexican states of Baja California and
Sonora will participate in a regional
meeting of the U.S.-Mexico Binational
Bridges and Border Crossings Group on
Thursday, October 26, 2023, in Tijuana,
Mexico. The purpose of this meeting is
to discuss operational matters involving
existing and proposed international
bridges and border crossings and their
related infrastructure and to exchange
technical information as well as views
on policy. This meeting will include a
public session on Thursday, October 26,
2023, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
This session will allow proponents of
proposed bridges and border crossings
and related projects to make
presentations to the delegations and
members of the public.

The TVA Regional Energy
Resource Council (RERC) will hold a
meeting on November 7, 2023, regarding

Tennessee Valley.
DATES: The meeting will be held in
Tupelo, on Tuesday November 7, 2023,
from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT. RERC
members are invited to attend the
meeting in person. The name and
address for the physical meeting
location in Tupelo will be provided on
the RERC website at www.tva.gov/rerc.
The public is invited to view the
meeting virtually or attend in person. A
1-hour public listening session for the
public to present comments virtually or
in person will be held November 7,
2023, at 2:00 p.m. CT. A link and
instructions to view the meeting will be
posted on TVA’s RERC website at
www.tva.gov/rerc.
ADDRESSES: The physical meeting
location in Tupelo, Mississippi will be
provided on the RERC website at
www.tva.gov/rerc. The meeting will also
be available virtually to the public.
Instructions to view the meeting will be
posted at www.tva.com/rerc prior to the
meeting. Persons who wish to speak

ACTION: Notice of renewal of
exemptions; request for comments.
AGENCY:
FMCSA announces its
decision to renew exemptions for seven
individuals from the requirement in the
Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Regulations (FMCSRs) that interstate
commercial motor vehicle (CMV)
drivers have ‘‘no established medical
history or clinical diagnosis of epilepsy
or any other condition which is likely
to cause loss of consciousness or any
loss of ability to control a CMV.’’ The
exemptions enable these individuals
who have had one or more seizures and
are taking anti-seizure medication to
continue to operate CMVs in interstate
commerce.
DATES: The exemptions were applicable
on October 4, 2023. The exemptions
expire on October 4, 2025. Comments
must be received on or before November
6, 2023. Each group of renewed
exemptions were applicable on the
dates stated in the discussions below
and will expire on the dates stated in
the discussions below. Comments must
be received on or before November 6,
2023.
