Discussion [Release No. 34–98662; File No. SR–NYSE– 2023–34] On August 2, 2023, the NRC solicited comments on Draft NUREG 0800, ‘‘Standard Review Plan for the Review of Safety Analysis Reports for Nuclear Power Plants: LWR Edition,’’ Section 15.0, Revision 4, ‘‘Introduction— Transient and Accident Analyses.’’ The NRC sought comments on the proposed draft section revision of the Standard Review Plan (SRP), concerning the evaluation of the safety of a nuclear power plant that requires analyses of the plant’s responses to postulated equipment failures or malfunctions. The public comment period closed on October 2, 2023 (88 FR 50918). The NRC has decided to reopen the public comment period for this document for 30 days to allow more time for members of the public to develop and submit comments. Comments must be submitted no later than November 3, 2023. Comments received after this date will be considered, if it is practical to do so, but the Commission is able to ensure consideration only for comments received on or before this date.
