We, the U.S. Fish and

allows such activities. The ESA also

of the ESA allow otherwise prohibited
activities for scientific purposes or to
enhance the propagation or survival of
the affected species. Service regulations
regarding prohibited activities with
endangered species, captive-bred
wildlife registrations, and permits for
any activity otherwise prohibited by the
ESA with respect to any endangered
species are available in title 50 of the
Code of Federal Regulations in part 17.

Bureau of Indian Affairs

Blackjack Amendment makes technical
amendments to update and correct
various provisions of the compact. The
Video Game Amendment incorporates
six previous amendments dated June 1,
1990, 2002, February 25, 2003,
November 12, 2003, April 2, 2010, and
April 2, 2015. The Video Game
Amendment defines minimum payouts,
odds, minimum media storage
requirements, and provisions for
cashless tickets, ticket redemption,
ticket printing and printing errors, and
ticket validation. The Video Game
Amendment also adopts minimum
internal control standards and software
requirements. The Amendments
including the previously unsubmitted
Amendments as amended are approved.
