SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of a major 
disaster for the State of Minnesota (FEMA-4722-DR), dated July 19, 
2023, and related determinations.

DATES: The declaration was issued July 19, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter
