I have determined that the damage in the
territory of Guam resulting from Typhoon
Mawar during the period of May 22 to May
29, 2023, is of sufficient severity and

Therefore, I amend my declaration of May
25, 2023, to authorize Federal funds for all
categories of Public Assistance, Hazard
Mitigation, and the Other Needs Assistance
portion of the Individual Assistance program
at 90 percent of total eligible costs.
