Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’). Therefore, I amend my declarations of May 4, 2022, June 9, 2022, June 27, 2022, and August 24, 2022, to authorize Federal funds for Public Assistance, including direct Federal assistance, at 100 percent of the total eligible costs for projects undertaken in response to the Cerro Pelado Fire in Los Alamos and Sandoval Counties.
