    The applicant wishes to re-issue the cooperative breeding program 
permit (CBP-044) covering cardinal lory (Chalcopsitta cardinalis), 
blue-crowned lorikeet (Vini australis), and collared lory (Phigys 
solitarius), and amend it by changing the lead cooperator from Greg 
Sercel to Christine Touchton.
