All of the paper records for this system
have been destroyed in accordance with
the retention and disposal provisions of
the WTB–5 SORN. Therefore, the FCC
proposes to rescind FCC/WTB–5,

AGENCY:
In accordance with the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice
is hereby given of a meeting of the FDIC
Advisory Committee on Community
Banking. The Advisory Committee will
provide advice and recommendations
on a broad range of policy issues that
have particular impact on small
community banks throughout the
United States and the local communities
they serve. The meeting is open to the
public. The public’s means to observe
this meeting of the Advisory Committee
on Community Banking will be both inperson and via a Webcast live on the
internet. In addition, the meeting will be
recorded and subsequently made

space available on a first-come, firstserved basis. For security reasons,
members of the public will be subject to
security screening procedures and must
present a valid photo identification to
enter the building. Observers requiring

interpretation) for this meeting should

Notice is given that a complaint has
been filed with the Federal Maritime
Commission (the ‘‘Commission’’) by Bed
Bath & Beyond Inc. (the ‘‘Complainant’’)
against Yang Ming Marine Transport
Corp. (the ‘‘Respondent’’). Complainant
states that the Commission has subjectmatter jurisdiction over the complaint
under the Shipping Act of 1984, as
amended, 46 U.S.C. 40101 et seq. (the
‘‘Shipping Act’’) and personal
jurisdiction over the Respondent as an
ocean common carrier who entered into
a service contract with Complainant.
Complainant is a corporation existing
under the laws of New York with a
principal place of business in Union,
New Jersey, and a shipper for the
purposes of the allegations made in the
complaint.
Complainant identifies Respondent as
a company existing under the laws of
Taiwan with a principal place of
business in Keelung, Taiwan, and an
ocean common carrier.
