AGENCY:
Notice is hereby given,
pursuant to the provisions of the rules
and regulations of the U.S. Commission
on Civil Rights (Commission) and the
Federal Advisory Committee Act, that
the Minnesota Advisory Committee
(Committee) to the U.S. Commission on
Civil Rights will hold a public briefing
via Zoom at 1:00 p.m. CT on Friday,
November 10, 2023. The purpose of this
briefing is to hear testimony on housing
affordability in the state.

AGENCY:
Background
On May 15, 2023, the U.S.
Department of Commerce (Commerce)
initiated the less-than-fair-value (LTFV)
investigations of imports of boltless
steel shelving units prepackaged for sale
(boltless steel shelving) from India,
Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and
Vietnam.1 Currently, the preliminary
determinations are due no later than
October 2, 2023.
Postponement of Preliminary
Determination
Section 733(b)(1)(A) of the Tariff Act
of 1930, as amended (the Act), requires
