B. Need and Uses
This clearance covers the information
that contractors must submit to comply
with the following FAR requirements:
• 52.224–3(d). This clause requires
contractors to:
(1) Maintain a record of initial and
annual privacy training, for the
contractor’s employees that: (a) have
access to a system of records; (b) create,
collect, use, process, store, maintain,
disseminate, disclose, dispose, or
otherwise handle personally identifiable
information on behalf of an agency; or
(c) design, develop, maintain, or operate
a system of records; and
(2) Provide documentation of
completion of such privacy training to
the contracting officer if requested.
The contracting officer will use the
information in contract administration
and to establish that all applicable
contractor and subcontractor employees
comply with the privacy training
requirements.

meetings of the above-listed scientific
peer review groups, which are
subcommittees of AHRQ’s Health
Services Research Initial Review Group
Committee. The subcommittee meetings
will be closed to the public in
accordance with the provisions set forth
in 5 U.S.C. app. 2 section 10(d), 5 U.S.C.
552b(c)(4), and 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(6). The
grant applications and the discussions
could disclose confidential trade secrets
or commercial property such as
patentable material, and personal

information concerning individuals
associated with the grant applications,
the disclosure of which would
constitute a clearly unwarranted
invasion of personal privacy.

AGENCY:
The Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of
its continuing effort to reduce public
burden and maximize the utility of
government information, invites the
general public and other Federal
agencies the opportunity to comment on
a proposed and/or continuing
information collection, as required by
the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
This notice invites comment on a
proposed information collection project
titled National Health Interview Survey
(NHIS). NHIS is a voluntary and
confidential household-based survey
that collects demographic and healthrelated information from a nationally
representative sample of the U.S.
population, and has been in the field
continuously since 1957.
DATES: CDC must receive written
comments on or before October 20,
2023.
