Columbia has determined that plugging and abandoning the Weaver Well is the best course of action to maintain Weaver Field’s integrity and efficiency and aligns with the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration Storage Final Rule. The estimated cost of the project is approximately $624,800, all as more fully set forth in its request which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
