Description of Relief Sought:
Petitioner is seeking relief from the
affected sections of 14 CFR to support
the conversion of Model ERJ 190–100
airplanes from an all-passenger
configuration to an all-cargo
configuration with a Class E cargo
compartment. The proposed cargo
conversion will have provisions for one
supernumerary onboard who will have
access to the Class E cargo compartment
during flight.
