A business meeting will be held the following month on Thursday, September 7, 2023. Both the hearing and the business meeting are open to the public and both will be conducted remotely. Written comments on matters scheduled for hearing on August 9, 2023 will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 14, 2023. The public is advised to check the Commission’s website periodically during the ten days prior to the hearing date, as items scheduled for hearing may be postponed if additional time is needed to complete the Commission’s review. Items also may be added up to ten days prior to the hearing date. In reviewing docket descriptions, the public is asked to be aware that the details of projects may change during the Commission’s review, which is ongoing. Business Meeting.
