SUMMARY: The South Atlantic Fishery Management Council (Council) will 
hold a meeting via webinar of its Snapper Grouper Recreational 
Permitting and Reporting Technical Advisory Panel (AP) to discuss 
permitting and education alternatives for the private recreational 
component of the snapper grouper fishery.

DATES: The AP meeting will be held from 1 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. on 
Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
