Summary of Collection: The purpose of the Performance Reporting System is to ensure that each State agency and project area is operating the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) in accordance with the Act, regulations, and the State agency’s Plan of Operation. Section 11 of the Food and Nutrition Act (the Act) of 2008 requires that State agencies maintain necessary records to ascertain that SNAP is operating in compliance with the Act and regulations and must make these records available to the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) for inspection. Need and Use of the Information: FNS will use the information to evaluate state agency operations and to collect information that is necessary to develop solutions to improve the State’s administration of SNAP policy and procedures. Each State agency is required to submit one review schedule every one, two, or three years, depending on the project areas make-up of the state. ACTION: Notice of meeting. AGENCY: The Idaho Panhandle Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will hold a public meeting according to the details shown below. The committee is authorized under the Secure Rural SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (the Act) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA). The purpose of the committee is to improve collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with Title II of the Act, as well as to make recommendations on recreation fee proposals for sites on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests within Boundary, Bonner, Kootenai, Shoshone, or Benewah County, consistent with the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act. DATES: An in-person and virtual meeting will be held on August 15, 2023, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
