58.9-foot-long canal headwork,
consisting of four 6-foot-wide gates; (4)
a 53.8-foot-long canal spillway
2 ‘‘Burden’’ is the total time, effort, or financial

maintain, retain, or disclose or provide information
to or for a Federal agency. For additional

based on the average number of respondents over
the last three years.

to the Commission, in terms of salary plus benefits.
The FERC 2022 average salary plus benefits for one
FERC full-time equivalent (FTE) is $188,922/year

powerhouse containing two Francistype generating units with a total
capacity of 0.64 megawatts; (9) a
concrete lined tailrace discharging flows

mode with a minimum bypass flow of
76 cubic feet per second. Spencer
Mountain Hydropower, LLC proposes

operations. The project has an average
annual generation of 4,064 megawatthours.
