PIV Card. The system incorporates rolebased access controls, least privilege
access controls, and virtual private
access controls. Access is limited to
authorized personnel and requires a
password and user ID before system
access is granted. Records are
maintained in a secured computer
network behind HUD’s firewall. The
system sends and receives data through

Individuals requesting records of
themselves should address written

verification, individuals should provide
their full name, current address, and
telephone number. In addition, the
requester must provide either a
notarized statement or an unsworn
declaration made under 24 CFR 16.4.
CONTESTING RECORD PROCEDURES:
The HUD rule for contesting the
content of any record pertaining to the
individual by the individual concerned
is published in 24 CFR 16.8 or may be
obtained from the system manager.

Individuals requesting notification of
records of themselves should address

U.S.C. 1437g). Section 9 of the 1937 Act
permits the Secretary of HUD to make
grants (i.e., annual contributions) to
public housing agencies (PHAs) to
achieve and maintain the low-income
character of public housing projects.
The Secretary is required to embody the
provisions for such annual
contributions in an agreement (i.e., the
ACC). Applicable regulations are 24
CFR part 905 for public housing
development and modernization.
Respondents: Public housing
agencies.
This notice is soliciting comments
from members of the public and affected
parties concerning the collection of
information described in Section A on
the following:
(1) Whether the proposed collection
of information is necessary for the
proper performance of the functions of
the agency, including whether the
information will have practical utility;
(2) The accuracy of the agency’s
estimate of the burden of the proposed
collection of information;
(3) Ways to enhance the quality,
utility, and clarity of the information to
be collected; and
(4) Ways to minimize the burden of
the collection of information on those
who are to respond; including through
the use of appropriate automated
collection techniques or other forms of
information technology, e.g., permitting
electronic submission of responses.
