and Refund Effective Date
On June 28, 2023, the Commission
issued an order in Docket No. EL23–78–
000, pursuant to section 206 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C.
824e, instituting an investigation into
whether Big Plain Solar, LLC’s proposed
Rate Schedule 1 is unjust, unreasonable,
unduly, discriminatory, or preferential,
or otherwise unlawful. Big Plain Solar,
LLC, 183 FERC ¶ 61,224 (2023).
The refund effective date in Docket
No. EL23–78–000, established pursuant
to section 206(b) of the FPA, will be the
date of publication of this notice in the
Federal Register.
Any interested person desiring to be
