    The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) gives notice under the 
Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. ch. 10, that the Advisory 
Committee on Homeless Veterans will meet on September 19-20, 2023. The 
meeting sessions will be a hybrid, held in-person at the Department of 
Veterans Affairs 810 Vermont Avenue NW, Sonny Montgomery Conference 
Room 230, Washington, DC 20420; and virtually via Zoom conferencing 
platform. The meeting sessions will begin and end as follows:

policies, organizational structures, and services of VA in assisting 
Veterans at risk of and experiencing homelessness. The Committee shall 
assemble and review information related to the needs of homeless 
Veterans and provide advice on the most appropriate means of assisting 
this Veteran population.
    On September 19-20, 2023, the agenda will include briefings from 
officials at VA and other Federal, state and local agencies regarding 
services for homeless Veterans on September 19, 2023 and a vote on 
recommendations to Secretary of Veterans Affairs on September 20, 2023.
    Time will be allocated at the September 19, 2023 meeting for
