Public Participation: The meeting is
open to the public. To provide a safe
meeting environment, seating may be
limited; attendees should register for inperson attendance by sending an email
to srscitizensadvisoryboard@srs.gov no
later than 4:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, July
21, 2023. The EM SSAB, Savannah
River Site, welcomes the attendance of
the public at its advisory committee
meetings and will make every effort to
accommodate persons with physical
disabilities or special needs. If you
require special accommodations due to
a disability, please contact Amy Boyette
at least seven days in advance of the
meeting at the telephone number listed
above. Written statements may be filed
with the Board via email either before
or after the meeting. Individuals who
wish to make oral statements pertaining
to agenda items should submit their

days prior to the meeting and reasonable
provision will be made to include the
presentation in the agenda. Comments
will be accepted after the meeting, by no

Take notice that on June 21, 2023,
pursuant to sections 210 and 212 of the
Federal Power Act,1 THSI bn, LLC
(THSI) filed an application requesting
that the Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (Commission) require
Arizona Electric Power Cooperative
(AEPCO) to provide interconnection
service to THSI’s proposed Three Sisters
Solar Project (Three Sisters Project or
Project), a solar generation and battery
storage project THSI is developing in
Cochise, Arizona.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing must file in
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214). Protests will be considered by
the Commission in determining the
appropriate action to be taken, but will
not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceeding. Any person wishing to
become a party must file a notice of
intervention or motion to intervene, as
appropriate. Such notices, motions, or
protests must be filed on or before the
comment date. Anyone filing a motion
to intervene or protest must serve a copy
of that document on the Applicant. On
or before the comment date, it is not
necessary to serve motions to intervene
or protests on persons other than the
Applicant.
In addition to publishing the full text
of this document in the Federal
Register, the Commission provides all
interested persons an opportunity to
view and/or print the contents of this
