SUMMARY: On May 25, 2023, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) 
solicited comments on its draft Interim Staff Guidance (ISG) DANU-ISG-
2022-06, Chapter 12, ``Post-Construction Inspection, Testing, and 
Analysis Program.'' The public comment period was originally scheduled 
to close on July 10, 2023. The NRC has decided to extend the public 
comment period to allow more time for members of the public to develop 
and submit their comments.
