As shown in the supporting statement to subpart ZZZZ, this subpart has estimated costs of $32 per respondent in 1 year, and cost savings in following years. We estimate that this compliance cost of $32 per respondent is below a 0.1 percent impact relative to payroll or sales for nearly all affected small entities, and that there is a large margin before the impacts would approach a 1 percent impact for a substantial number of small entities.
